Al Baraka launches all new WhatsApp Customer Care

Al Baraka Islamic Bank (Al Baraka – Bahrain), has announced the introduction of its all-new Customer Care WhatsApp service. The service, which is currently live, allows customers access to a digital helpdesk for quick and real-time solutions as well as transactional information from anywhere across the world.

The service is available Saturday to Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm Bahrain time. Speaking on the occasion, Fatema AlAlawi, Head of the Retail Banking Department of Al Baraka Islamic Bank-Bahrain, said, “At Al Baraka Islamic Bank, we realized that the next best way to serve our customers is by giving them the opportunity to address their every enquiry on the go.”

“And what better way to do that than through the use of the most preferred messenger app in the world right now, WhatsApp!” To access the service, save the number 13300400 to phone directory and open the chat from any device including tablets, laptops and PCs.
