LORAC Pro palette is a great one to have! It’s very popular to make-up artists who rely on it for their work. In fact, I absolutely love this magnificent palette so much and if you’d ask me if I should get this or the Urban Decay “Naked” Palettes, my answer would be LORAC!

This is because the palette has fantastic pigmentation. The texture of the eye shadows is smooth and super soft. It has a mix of mattes and shimmers and amazingly- with a good mix/selection of neutral shades and extra bolder colours as well. The palette is one of the most versatile palettes out there and the colour selection is beautiful.

The palette consists of 16 eyeshadows- 8 in the top row are matte and the other 8 in the bottom row are shimmer. The palette also comes with an eye primer, which I recommend using with (or any other primer from another brand) as you’ll see how the colour looks richer when worn with a primer.

I really liked how the names of the eyeshadows were super simple- they are straightforward and simply refer to the colour itself.

LORAC Pro is quite slim (which I love as it doesn’t take up any space)! It is about 7.5 inches and 3 inches in terms of height. Magnetic flip top, has a full length mirror and fully black. It is sleek and travel friendly.

The shimmery colours don’t have glitter in them- but they are richly pigmented. When they are applied they have a velvety texture. They will however fall out if you didn’t use it with an eye primer (or didn’t pat the eyeshadow onto the lids). This product could be found in our store as well.

The Make-Up Manual

The ‘Make-Up Manual’ was created by a Bahraini make-up addict “Mai Al Moayyed, a previous banker. She is the owner of this brand, a make-up artist and a make-up teacher.

Her obsession with make-up started out a few years ago where she decided to actually explore everything about it. Mai felt the urge to educate women how to use make-up in the right way.

She noticed the endless amount of questions that girls have regarding make-up and decided to create her own website to help guide them and enhance their make-up skills.

Mai studied in Illamasqua School of Make-up Art in London. However, the majority of her make-up knowledge was done all alone in her free time.

Her website features many product reviews, new collections, make-up tips, how to’s and random make-up talk.

The state-of-the art professional modern Make-up Studio is open and located in Segaya Plaza, Zinj since August, 2014.

The venue consists of a spacious classroom to teach the various methods and techniques of professional make-up.
