Zain Bahrain Marks World Mental Health Day with a Special Day Off for Employees

In celebration of World Mental Health Day on October 10, Zain Bahrain has designated Sunday, October 12 as a special day off for all employees. This initiative allows staff to enjoy a well-deserved break, pause, recharge, and return to work refreshed and energized.

The company has been observing this day annually since 2021 as part of its BE WELL initiative, which empowers employees to take action toward their health, professional, and lifestyle goals.

Zain Bahrain continues to invest in programs and initiatives that enhance employee mental well-being. A recent milestone includes certifying four employees as Mental Health First Aiders, creating an in-house network to address mental health concerns and build resilience among staff.

By equipping employees with the skills to provide immediate guidance and support, Zain Bahrain fosters a supportive and nurturing workplace environment that prioritizes mental health.
