Works Affairs Undersecretary of Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ahmed Al Khayyat visited the Comprehensive Disability Complex in A’Ali on November 3. He initiated in response to directives from HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to allocate a land for constructing 10 rehabilitation and educational centres for people with special needs.
