A restaurant worker turned up for his morning shift to find a man stepping out of the office.
Within minutes, the intruder had fled, two phones and a hard drive were missing, and a chase was on.
When cornered, the thief pulled a knife, but the law caught up with him soon after.
It was around 8:30 am when the employee walked in and saw the suspect, a 26-year-old man, emerging from the office.
When asked what he was doing there, the man replied in Arabic, though the worker couldn’t make out what was said, apart from the fact he wanted the exit.
The employee pointed him to the door, and he walked out.
