The Committee in charge of Drafting Decisions and Recommendations held a meeting in preparation for the 141st Session of the GCC Ministerial Council on November 23, 2016. The meeting kick-started with an opening statement delivered by Chairman Ambassador, Waheed Mubarak Sayyar, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign for Regional and GCC Affairs.
