Minister of Works , Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning Essam Khalaf received a delegation from the People’s Republic of China, in the presence of the Works Affairs Undersecretary Ahmed Al Khayyat, the Roads Assistant Undersecretary Huda Fakhro, the Sanitary Engineering Assistant Undersecretary Asma Murad, the Construction Projects & Maintenance Acting Assistant Undersecretary Raed Al Salah and the Acting Communications Director Hafedh Abdulghaffar, at his office. During the meeting, the Minister highlighted means of cooperation with the Chinese delegation acting as representative to the Chinese Silk Road Society, which includes over a 100 establishment and company from various countries, businessmen and real estate owners.
