The Embassy of India in Bahrain has clarified that there has been no increase in consular service charges in the country, following recent claims suggesting otherwise.

In a statement issued on February 27th, the embassy addressed concerns over consular fees, stating that the charges for various services remain unchanged.

It urged all parties to avoid spreading unverified or speculative information, warning that such reports could cause inconvenience to the Indian community and affect the efficient delivery of services.
