HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on July 12, deputised the Minister of Defence Affairs Maj. General Yusuf Al Jalahma, to attend the graduation ceremony of the 9th Joint Command and Staff Session at the Royal Command and Staff College. Minister of Education Dr. Majid Al Nuaimi, Deputy Interior Minister, Lieutenant-General Adel bin Khalifa Al-Fadhel and other officials also present.
