Finance Minister Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa received Chief Ratings Officer of Standard & Poor’s Moritz Kramer and from Fitch Ratings, Head of MENA Ratings Jan Friedrich, and Head of EMEA Ratings Ed Parker. The meeting came on the sidelines of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund annual meetings in Washington, D.C.
