Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza received former Secretary General of Kuwait’s Supreme Council for Planning and Development and former Managing Director of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation Hashim Al-Refai. Director of the Bahrain Engineering Practice Committee and Vice President of the Bahrain Society of Engineers Abdulnabi Al-Sabah was also present.
