Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi received MP Ali Bu Farsan on November 4, 2016. Bu Farsan presented him a copy of his PhD thesis, which he obtained from the Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Morocco.
