The authority responds The authority, on its website, has issued an apology for the disruption saying: “We are currently updating the electronic channels.” Confirming the disruption, the statement said, “The services will be available soon, we always strive to serve you better.” However, considering the growing number of complaints, the Tribune decided to notify the authority regarding the issue. In an exclusive statement to the Tribune, the authority confirmed that the work is still underway to solve the problem and that a notification will be issued “immediately after resolving the issue”.
