Bahrain’s Ambassador Meets Turkish Minister to Strengthen Social Cooperation

Mrs. Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, Turkey’s Minister of Family and Social Services, warmly received Mr. Bassam Ahmed Marzouq, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Turkey, at the ministry’s headquarters in Ankara.

During the meeting, the minister expressed her welcome and highlighted the strong bonds between the two countries and their peoples. She shared Turkey’s eagerness to deepen bilateral cooperation with Bahrain, especially in the fields of social care and family development. She also emphasized the importance of exchanging expertise to benefit both nations.

Ambassador Marzouq, in turn, expressed his pride in the growing partnership between the brotherly countries across various sectors. The two sides also discussed several initiatives and projects of mutual interest.
