Bahrain Welcomes Iran-Israel Ceasefire Agreement Announced by Trump

The Kingdom of Bahrain has welcomed the announcement made by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding a full and comprehensive ceasefire agreement between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Israel.

In a statement issued on Monday, Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the agreement as a “positive development” that could help end the ongoing conflict and pave the way toward regional peace and stability.

The Ministry reaffirmed Bahrain’s firm stance on avoiding escalation and resolving disputes through dialogue and peaceful means. It also stressed the importance of swiftly resuming U.S.–Iran negotiations over the Iranian nuclear file, expressing hope that such steps would enhance regional and global security.

Bahrain concluded its statement by expressing optimism that all parties involved will honor and uphold the terms of the agreement.
