The Kingdom of Bahrain welcomed the announcement by the US President Donald Trump of a comprehensive ceasefire agreement between Iran and Israel, describing it as a positive development to halt war and support regional peace and stability.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Bahrain’s firm position advocating de-escalation and the resolution of all disputes through dialogue and peaceful means.
