Asian man convicted for going nude before minor

The High Criminal Appeals Court has upheld the conviction of an Asian man, who showed his nudity to a Gulf national minor. The defendant is said to have allegedly showed his male genital part to the nine-year-old girl in her home while delivering grocery to them.

Details of the case revealed that the convicted man was tasked to deliver goods purchased by the victim’s mother to their apartment. When he was allowed to enter the apartment to drop the bags, he took off his pants in front of the child. Seeing this, her mother kicked him out and filed a case against him.

“I ordered some food, and he (the defendant) came to our apartment carrying them. My child opened the door for him and he entered the apartment. My daughter came to me and took the money and went,” the mother told prosecutors.

“Several minutes passed and she didn’t return. So I looked for her. I saw the man with his private part out of his pants moving closer to my daughter,” she added.

The defendant will be deported after his jail term.
