Ashura prearrangements outlined

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior won't allow any gatherings to be held outside perimeters of Hussainias, said Ministry Undersecretary Lieutenant General Suleiman Al-Fahad, urging commitment and abiding by the Kuwaiti genuine customs and traditions.
During a meeting with senior security officials on Tuesday, Al-Fahad stressed the necessity of immediately and directly handling potential security emergencies, the Ministry's Security Media Department said in a statement, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
