His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a briefing on the latest developments of Bahrain’s National Afforestation Plan at Riffa Palace.

During the meeting, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, reported that 2.4 million trees have been planted so far, reaching 67% of the plan’s goal of 3.6 million trees by 2035.
