Works Minister, French envoy meet

Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Essam Khalaf has affirmed the deep-rooted Bahraini-French relations in urban and commercial areas and highlighted the government’s role in promoting the bilateral relations to serve the development march in both the countries and achieve leadership in the international economic fields.

The Minister was speaking in a meeting with French Ambassador to Bahrain Bernard Régnauld-Fabre, in the presence of Urban Planning Director-General Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa and Director of Cities and Villages Planning Shaikh Nayef bin Khalid Al Khalifa.

They discussed plans and restructuring of urban planning and means of promoting joint cooperation. Lauding the bilateral relations, Essam Khalaf said that the government was keen on consolidating these relations to serve the best interest of both the countries.
