Salmabad service road work commences

Manama : Roads Projects & Maintenance Director at the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning Eng. Sayyed Bader Alawi revealed that the Ministry has recently commenced work on the 2.2km long service road along Salmabad Avenue; leading to Road 1206 in Block 712 at the Northern Governorate.

According to Alawi, the project comprises the levelling and asphalting works, implementing ground channels for future use, implementing a storm water drainage network, constructing pavements, signage and painting ground markings.

The BD309,713 project was awarded to JAHICON Engineering Services.
