Royal Academy of Police and Tamkeen have signed an MoU to finance the programme to train the youth of the future, through RAP 9th summer camp. The MoU that was signed by Chief of Public Security Major General Tariq Al Hassan and Chief Executive of Tamkeen, Dr Ebrahim Mohammed Janahi.
