Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa deputized his Adviser HH Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa to attend a reception party marking the Russian National Day. Russian Ambassador Vagif Garaev hosted the ceremony at the Diplomat Hotel in the presence of senior state officials, members of the diplomatic corps and invitees.
