MSCI Frontier Markets index includes AUB

MSCI, a leading US-based provider of equity, fixed income and hedge fund stock market indexes and equity portfolio analysis tools, announced that AUB formed part of their MSCI Frontier Markets Index (FMI) starting November 30, 2015. AUB’s inclusion in the index was a result of MSCI’s semi-annual index review process.

MSCI Frontier Markets Index captures large and mid-cap representations across 23 Frontier Markets (FM) countries including Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman from the GCC. AUB is the only bank from Bahrain to be included in the current FM
index.
