HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa patronised the opening of the fourth session of the Fourth Legislative Term, at the Isa Cultural Centre on October 8, 2017. Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa were present. Upon arrival of the Royal motorcade to the Isa Cultural Centre, HM King Hamad was welcomed by the Speaker of the Council of Representatives Ahmed Al Mulla and Chairman of the Shura Council Ali Saleh Al Saleh.
