Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa visited the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF)’s Mina Salman base to join with Duke of York Prince Andrew in officially opening the UK Naval Support Facility (NSF). Upon arrival, Crown Prince was received by Commander-in-Chief of BDF Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the BDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Dhiyab Bin Saqr Al Noaimi as well as a number of senior BDF officers. HRH the Crown Prince stressed that close cooperation with international partners and allies remains an essential component of Bahrain’s comprehensive development programme.
