Capital Club, the Kingdom’s Premier Private City Club, announced the second edition of its Capital Heels series with Kelly Armatage, Coach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, under the title ‘The Psychology of Habits’.
The session will focus on the introduction of ‘A Serenity Kit’ (A.S.K), a popular three step technique that facilitates major changes in any area of a person’s life be it financial, emotional, career, relationship, health or self-esteem.
A.S.K combines universal law, emotional freedom and the knowledge of learned behaviours and subconscious pay-offs to revolutionize people’s experiential realities.
Commenting on the A Serenity kit, Kelly said, “I have launched these kits in 2015 in Bahrain, around the Middle East, UK and the US and have received global reviews. In fact The Sunday Express UK tested it and quoted A.S.K. as ‘a clever little kit.”
For over 8 years, she has been assisting the healing of individuals within the Middle East and has facilitated transformation for thousands of people across the region.
