His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has hailed the strong bilateral relations and steadily-growing ties binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and other countries.

This came as HM the King received yesterday the credentials of five new ambassadors during a ceremony held at Al Sakhir Palace.

HM King Hamad received the credentials of HE Mr Piyapak Sricharoen, of Thailand, HE Mr Tirtha Raj Wagle of Nepal, HE Mr Clemens Augustinus Hach of Germany, HE Mr Alexey Skosyrev of Russia, and Faisal bin Hareb bin Hamad Al Busaidi of Oman.

His Majesty exchanged welcome statements with the new ambassadors, wishing them every success in performing their diplomatic duties.

The envoys conveyed to HM the King greetings and appreciation from their countries’ leaders, who wished him abundant health and happiness and Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity.

The ceremonies were attended by HM the King’s Personal Representative, HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Royal Court Minister, Foreign Minister and Royal Protocols chief.

The ambassadors arrived at Al Sakhir Palace separately, and were each welcomed by the Royal Protocols chief.
