On the occasion of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s National Day, marking the establishment of the modern Bahraini state in 1783 by Ahmed Al Fateh and the anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s accession to the throne, Bahrain’s streets, landmarks, and buildings come alive with festive decorations.

Prominent images of His Majesty King Hamad and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, adorn key locations, alongside festive red and white lights inspired by Bahrain’s flag.

Illuminated patriotic messages and the silver jubilee flag shine brightly, as government entities, businesses, and institutions across the governorates join in the celebrations.
