As part of the commitment of the Council of Representatives to promote the royal reforms, Secretary General of the House of Representatives, Abdullah bin Khalaf Al-Dosari, and Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, Dr. Raed Mohammed bin Shams, signed a cooperation and training Memorandum of Understanding on July 24. A number of officials of both sides were present.
