The Arabian Gulf Cup Football Federation (AGCFF) has announced that the semi-finals of the Arabian Gulf Cup (Khaleeji 26) will proceed as scheduled, while the final has been postponed by one day. Originally set for Friday, January 3, 2025, the championship match will now take place on Saturday, January 4, 2025.

Khaled Al Muqrin, Head of the AGCFF Competitions Committee, stated in a press release that the rescheduling was made for "convincing reasons," though further details were not disclosed. He assured fans that the semi-final matches remain unaffected.

The decision to shift the final date was unanimously agreed upon by the four Gulf federations competing in the semi-finals, reflecting a spirit of collaboration.

The semi-finals are scheduled for Tuesday, December 31, as planned. Host nation Kuwait will take on Bahrain, while Saudi Arabia is set to face Oman in what promises to be thrilling encounters.

As the Arabian Gulf Cup continues to captivate football enthusiasts across the region, the updated schedule allows for adequate preparations ahead of the highly anticipated final clash.
