Aluminium Bahrain BSC (Alba) announced yesterday, the appointment of Dr. Elham Al Eid as the company’s new Acting Director of Administration.
In her new role, Dr. Elham will oversee the departments of Human Resources, Training and Development, Alba Health Care Centre and Alba
Club.
Speaking about this appointment, Alba’s Chief Executive, Tim Murray said: “I look forward to seeing Dr. Elham take the challenge to run such a critical organisation within the company. Dr. Elham, in her new role, is a motivation for Bahraini women in the industrial sector and we wish her all the best.”
Dr. Elham joined Alba in 2006 as a Medical Officer and since 2012, she has been serving as the Chief Medical Officer at Alba’s Health Care Centre.
A Master of Medical Science from the University of Sheffield, UK, Dr. Elham is currently pursuing her MBA from French Arabian Gulf Business School in partnership with ESSEC, Bahrain.
