V.K Rajasekharan Pillai, recipient of the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award, the highest honour conferred on overseas Indians, was honoured at his hometown in the Indian state of Kerala. Kerala Transport Minister A.K Saseendran, Kerala Public Works Minister G Sudhakaran and Trivandrum Mayor V K Prashanth also attended.
