Undersecretary for Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Minister Dr. Fareed bin Yacoub Al-Meftah received Mehanna Ahmed Al-Sisi Al-Bouainain who won the Quran Memorisation Contest, which concluded in Kuwait. Bahraini Mohammed Samir Mujahed finished second in the Quran recitation. Reciters from 50 Arab and Islamic countries took part in the competition.
