The Pravasi Legal Cell (PLC) Bahrain Chapter, in collaboration with the Bahrain Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM), concluded a successful awareness session titled “CONNECTING PEOPLE” on November 2, 2024, at the KIMS Health Hospital Auditorium in Umal Hassam.
The event, which marked the sixth session in the CONNECTING PEOPLE series, was a vital initiative aimed at fostering awareness around trafficking in persons, labor rights, and the health and wellbeing of expatriates in Bahrain.
Held at 7:00 p.m., the session drew participation from a diverse expatriate community, providing valuable insights into Bahrain’s labour regulations, expatriate rights, and the resources available for expatriates.
