Six people to be prosecuted for forging documents

Manama : Six people were referred to the Public Prosecution for submitting forged documents through Commercial Registration Portal “Sijilat”.

Officials after scrutiny found that the documents submitted through “Sijilat” was not valid. The offenders were referred to the Public Prosecution to face procedures according to the law.

The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, represented by the Director of Companies Control warned the users of the consequences from providing any incorrect documents or data. The ministry also warned the people on sharing the user private key with others.
