Pegasus adopts property management system

Pegasus Real Estate, a real estate solutions provider, announced implementing an advanced property management system (PMS) in partnership with Syskode Technologies. PMS is a cloud-based software platform that provides Pegasus with a seamless link between property owners and tenants via a dedicated property manager.

The system handles all aspects of property management operations ranging from leasing to rent collection and maintenance management while keeping the property owner and tenant informed on a real-time basis. Pegasus Real Estate’s managing director Aziz Mithaiwala said the installation of Syskode Technologies will allow our property management division “full control at every stage of leasing and managing a property.”

Syskode Technologies Managing Director Sajin Hentry said the software documents all property data, “enables quick reviews, and indicates actions to be taken.”
