North Korea Strategic Missile Test Involved AI

Pyongyang: North Korea tested an intermediate-range strategic missile involving artificial intelligence, state officials announced on Saturday.

Kim Yo Jong, the powerful sister of leader Kim Jong Un, confirmed the strategic missile test in an official statement.

She stated that the missile fired on Saturday is capable of changing its flight orbit at a low altitude.

In her statement, she emphasised that artificial intelligence was introduced directly into the weapon.

The announcement came hours after Seoul reported that Pyongyang had launched a ballistic missile.
