The New Indian School organised the fourth edition of the Matheletes Inter-School Quiz and Symposium Competition, bringing together some of Bahrain's brightest young minds. Six CBSE schools participated in the event, which aimed to foster a love for mathematics and encourage students to demonstrate their analytical and problem-solving skills.
The competition featured a thrilling quiz comprising multiple rounds that tested participants’ mental agility and quick thinking. In parallel, the symposium saw students deliver insightful presentations on the theme “GEN Z MATHEMATICS: Mathematics in the Age of Digital Natives.”
After a spirited contest, Bahrain Indian School secured first place in the Matheletes Inter-School Quiz. Ibn Al Hytham Islamic School and New Millennium School claimed second and third places, respectively. In the symposium segment, The Indian School emerged as the winner, followed by Bahrain Indian School and The New Indian School.
Certificates and trophies were awarded to the winners, celebrating their achievements and dedication. Organizers expressed their gratitude to all participants, judges, and schools for their enthusiastic contributions, noting the event’s success in promoting a deeper appreciation for mathematics.
As the competition concluded on a high note, the New Indian School promised even more engaging and inspiring events in the coming year.
