NBB Group AGM highlights strong performance

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) Group held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) yesterday. Led by Chairperson Mrs. Hala Ali Husain Yateem, the meeting was attended by the NBB Board of Directors alongside members of the executive management team, and shareholders. Representatives from the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC), and the Bahrain Bourse were also present on the occasion.

The AGM provided an opportunity to highlight NBB’s strong financial performance and strategic progress over the past year. Key discussions focused on how the Group can continue to honour its commitment to delivering long-term stakeholder value while reinforcing its role as a key contributor to the Kingdom and wider region.

During the meeting, participants also acknowledged the Bank’s forward-looking strategy, which remains closely aligned with Bahrain’s Vision. NBB’s achievements in promoting financial inclusion, supporting national development initiatives, and driving innovation through digital transformation were also recognised.
