Manama : An expat who had allegedly gone missing for the past few days was found dead at his apartment’s room in Umm Al Hassam.

The deceased was identified as 47-year-old Mohammed Rafeeq, an Indian national hailing from the state of Kerala.

He was working at a restaurant and his phone remained ‘not reachable’ for the past few days.

Sources said he had told his co-workers that he got another job in Askar and did not speak to anyone since July 13.
