Information Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al Romaihi received researcher Ibrahim Al-Timimi who presented him with two copies of his Masters theses which were obtained from France and the USA. The Information Minister congratulated him on his Masters Degrees, expressing appreciation of the efforts of the young national competencies to enhance their academic qualifications and obtain higher degrees.
