Seventy kilograms of crabs, caught illegally in protected waters using gargoor traps, have led to the arrest of two Asian men. The suspects are now facing charges in the Minor Criminal Court. The Public Prosecution has completed its investigations into the case, which originated from a report filed by the Coast Guard Command.

The suspects were apprehended while placing gargoor traps in a marine protected area, with the substantial crab haul seized as evidence.
