EWA proud to be part of BIGS

Manama : Energy Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza yesterday praised the 12th edition of Bahrain International Garden Show (BIGS) and said the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) was proud to be associated with the world-class event.

Dr. Mirza said participation in such events gives participants an opportunity to meet with visitors from Bahrain and across the world and helps spread the culture of awareness, importance of conserving natural resources and promoting a culture of rationalising their consumption for the benefit of future generations.

The Minister said the EWA pavilion includes specialists in the field of rationalisation of electricity and water resources, who are providing advice, guidance and clarifications on the best ways on conservation.
