The Capital Municipality has launched an initiative aimed at encouraging citizens to actively participate in a large-scale afforestation campaign. This effort aligns with Bahrain’s sustainability goals and environmental preservation initiatives.

Officials from the municipality emphasized the importance of community involvement in enhancing green spaces, improving air quality, and contributing to the overall beautification of the city. The campaign invites residents, businesses, and organizations to take part in planting trees across various public areas.

The initiative comes as part of ongoing government efforts to combat climate change and promote eco-friendly urban development. Authorities urge citizens to join hands in creating a greener and healthier environment for future generations.
