What does an EWA connection actually cost for a new-build villa in Saar?
The developer quoted a figure that seems to bundle the deposit, the meter and the internal inspection together, and I can't tell which parts are EWA's official fees and which are the contractor's margin. Has anyone itemised this recently?

Ask for the EWA receipt separately. The deposit is fixed by tariff band and the meter installation has a published rate, so anything above those two lines is the contractor's. I paid mine in March and the split was clear once I asked in writing.
