Video Footage: Unsafe construction tactics by a company places property and lives at risk

Video footage reports an act of negligence as a construction company uses unsafe tactics when lifting heavy construction materials/equipment at a construction site. The footage shows the use of a weak rope tied to construction material on one end and lifted nearly 10 floors up with the other end of the rope tied to a car.
