The UAE is focused on managing regional developments and preparing for the next phase rather than being distracted by what it described as false claims, Dr Anwar Mohammed Gargash, Diplomatic Adviser to the UAE President, said on Wednesday.

Gargash said some platforms were circulating misinformation about the UAE as part of what he called “desperate media campaigns”. He said the country's response would be to focus on tangible results and achievements on the ground.

He specifically dismissed reports claiming that the UAE was cancelling workers' residency visas and providing financial facilities to Iran, describing both claims as incorrect.

“The UAE’s approach is that the best response to such claims is through work and achievements on the ground,” Gargash said in a post on X.

He added that facts and measurable achievements remained stronger than rumours and urged attention to the UAE’s continued efforts to address regional developments and prepare for what comes next.
