Tamkeen Supports the Participation of 14 Bahraini Tech Companies at LEAP in Riyadh

Fourteen distinguished Bahraini companies from the technology sector participated at the LEAP Riyadh event, with the support of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) and the organization of the Bahrain Technology Companies Society (BTECH). The participation reflects the growing presence of Bahraini technology capabilities and solutions at leading regional and international platforms.

This support reflects Tamkeen's ongoing commitment to supporting the growth and entrepreneurship of Bahraini enterprises. Tamkeen sponsors the Bahrain Pavilion, organized by BTECH, enabling participating companies to expand and explore new opportunities in regional and global markets.

The Bahrain Pavilion will feature 14 Bahraini tech companies: Almoayed Computers Middle East (ACME), Silah Gulf, Kanoo Information Technology, ICT Flex, VirtuThinko, ThinkSmart, GFB Solutions, Payment International Enterprise (PIE), TechBay IT Solutions, iWorld Connect, Syskode, Fintologya, Exceed, and UData.

The participation aims to strengthen the regional and international presence of Bahraini companies and provide them with opportunities for direct engagement with investors, global technology companies, government entities and decision-makers — contributing to the exploration of new business opportunities and the building of strategic relationships and partnerships.

The outcomes of Bahraini companies' participation in previous editions of the event reflect its ability to create tangible opportunities for growth and expansion, having resulted in a number of strategic partnerships and business cooperation agreements, in addition to enabling several participating companies to gain access to Angel Investors — underscoring the value that participation in such international events can deliver.

Building on this experience and these outcomes, Bahrain's presence at LEAP this year places greater focus on translating participation into opportunities and partnerships, through organizing business meetings and engagements aimed at connecting Bahraini companies with relevant entities and companies, exploring trade and investment cooperation opportunities, and enhancing companies' access to new markets and business networks.

Tamkeen's support aligns with its strategic priorities for 2026, which focus on supporting initiatives with high economic impact, enhancing the competitiveness of the private sector, connecting skills with the needs of the labor market, and adopting innovative approaches to stimulate the growth and expansion of startups, contributing to the Kingdom’s sustainable economic development.

The Bahrain Pavilion also aims to showcase the technical capabilities of Bahraini companies and the innovative solutions and products they offer, strengthen the Kingdom of Bahrain's presence as a regional hub for technology and innovation, and support companies in building long-term relationships that can contribute to expanding their business and enhancing their competitiveness in local, regional and international markets.
