US Fighter Jet Crashes During Training Mission in Germany

Spangdahlem: A US F-16 fighter jet crashed in western Germany on Tuesday during a routine training mission, military officials confirmed. The pilot managed to eject safely from the aircraft and is currently receiving medical care.

The jet was returning to Spangdahlem Air Base as part of a four-aircraft formation when the crash occurred. Following the incident, the other three fighter jets safely diverted to nearby Ramstein Air Base.

Emergency teams quickly responded to the crash site, and military authorities have launched an investigation to determine what caused the jet to go down.
